Oil Change/Service Last visit to Family was great. I dealt with Collin and had no issues. He was professional and listened to what I had to say. I had an issue that w Last visit to Family was great. I dealt with Collin and had no issues. He was professional and listened to what I had to say. I had an issue that went back to when I purchased my car new about the driver's seat belt retraction. It just never had enough tension at the time I was told that this is how it was supposed to be and I always thought that was not right, but never revisited it because of what I was told. Over time though, it just got worse so when I had it in for service I mentioned it to Collin. He did find it in the system and told me that he would talk to the manager and submit the paper work to Hyundai and that I should call back in on Monday. Called in and part is being covered, I think as it should be because this was defective from the get go. More
