Frank the salesman made the buying expierence enjoyable! The only reason I went back to Family Hyundai was for their salesman Frank Baily. Please don't get me wrong I was going to buy a new Sonata but I cou The only reason I went back to Family Hyundai was for their salesman Frank Baily. Please don't get me wrong I was going to buy a new Sonata but I could have gone anywhere. Frank showed me the cars that he thought would meet my needs. More importantly he did NOT show me cars that I did not want or need. This is the second time I bought a car from Frank. In 2006 I bought a XG350. After 13 years I decided to trade this car in for a 2018 Sonata. By the way anyone who buys that car will get a great car. I honestly hated to give it up but I had no room in my garage. Anyway getting back to Frank I had recommended a friend of mine to this salesman. My friend bought a Sonata and said the same thing. He got a good price and Frank made the buying process an enjoyable enjoyable.. More

Josh reached out to make sure everything was running smoothly with the car and to ask if I had any questions. Yesterday I went into Family Hyundai to get my first oil change which was free! I knew every third oil change was free but the initial change being free was a pleasant surprise! They even gave the car a nice wash and topped off all the fluids in a timely manner. Colin was very friendly and pleasant to work with! Every encounter I’ve had with Family Hyundai so far has been wonderful and I am so happy with my first car purchase and decision to go to FH!! More

No hard sell. Mike stated cost of replacement and did not try to alarm me; just advised. It was appreciated. I replaced the battery and will worry about other things. Good job. More
