I wouldn’t say the dealership is bad but what I would say is that Hyundai basically lies to consumers. I bought mine in June of 2022 and was give a packet of the “complimentary” maintenance they give you the is that Hyundai basically lies to consumers. When I got to dealership and he looked up my purchase I was told I didn’t have any service agreement. I said this is complimentary for Hyundai. And he said. “Well yes, but you prepay for it when you buy the car”! So I said it’s not complimentary then. He said no not really. I bought the Hyundai because of their impressive warranty. I certainly hope the “Complimentary Maintenance” isn’t a sign of bad things to come. I waited 18 months for this car!😕 More

The paint is peeling on my hood, snd I received a Recall form about the issue. I took my car in to this dealership on 2/16/23 to have it addressed. Pictures were taken, and I was told it would be turned int form about the issue. I took my car in to this dealership on 2/16/23 to have it addressed. Pictures were taken, and I was told it would be turned into Hyundai. I heard nothing back from this dealership, so I called to check on the progress. I was told by Tom in service that there was nothing on file for my car. On 3/4/23 I took my car back in to have pictures taken again and a file drawn up for my issue. It is now 3/24/23 and nothing has been followed up on. Not sure what to do next, as the dealership has not contacted me to ket me know where the Recall stands. I would appreciate some type of follow up. Customer service appears to be lacking. More
