Service was great. I love the txt updates and the report that recommended what should be done to car. Tom was my advisor. He communicated with me as he said he would. The website sucks and i was not able to schedule an appt. I called service several times and the automated msg said something along the lines of not being able to answer my call and to leave a msg which i did. Never received a call back. I had to go to dealer to make appt. Thats ridiculous More
