Got my car repaired, when I asked about a sensor that wasn’t originally included in the estimate, I was told by the service manager (Michael) that he had been corresponding with Allstate about replacing wasn’t originally included in the estimate, I was told by the service manager (Michael) that he had been corresponding with Allstate about replacing the sensor and that they denied the request. However, speaking with Allstate, my adjuster claims that no such conversation took place and they, in fact, did not deny any requests for a sensor repair. Also, Allstate says the lower grill/bumper should’ve been repaired or replaced as part of the supplement which they sent payment for, but it was not. More

It was a friendly atmosphere for it being so busy. I had an appointment but the lines were so long it took 2 hours to finish the job. They were all very friendly again at the end of my appointment.
