I haven’t had this truck a month and been here 3 times. People are unprofessional. They aren’t sure what is going on as far as answering questions. I had to ask for a manager and not 1 was here. Routine oil change and any manufacture scheduled maintenance. The service writer explained there was a recall on my car and had the mechanic check the recalled part.
