Amazing experience! I went to another local BMW dealership before visiting Ferman. I love the no pressure approach of Ferman and my salesperson, Pat, was so incredibly patient and didn’t use the typical salesperson tactics to close a sale. The negotiation process was 100% completely stress free. Even the finance guy was simply amazing and focused on my needs. The entire car buying experience at Ferman was pleasant and I highly recommend Pat and Ferman BMW! I’m a happy customer. More
