I have never in my life had such a perplexing, unusual problem as I recently had with my BMW i7. I can also say that never in my life have I dealt with people so determined to fix this. I can’t even say how many times Roy and Kyle dealt with me in an effort to get this solved (even when I told them I was happy with a partial resolution, they insisted on seeing this through to the end).
