The entire process was one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had to date. Upon walking in, I was treated with respect, kindness, and much patience. After hours at the dealership trying to decide what I wanted, I chose to customize my own. Not having been through that process before, Joe navigated me through seamlessly. He communicated the status at every stage so I was not left in the dark. When I picked up my vehicle, everything was ready and I was given a thorough training session on all the features. In addition to Joe, other team members stepped in to make sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove off the lot. I love my new car and will definitely be recommending Ferman to friends and family. More
