I went to fur man to fix my coolant tank that broke and they fixed that but in the process they never put back any refrigerant. So now in this Florida heat I have no AC, on top of that the hood of my car i they fixed that but in the process they never put back any refrigerant. Not happy with they make you wait so long when you have a set schedule time. Also why do you have to be with one of your so called geniuses after you have the vehicle over a year unless you request help. I s set schedule time. Service was great until I picked up my car and drove off. My entire car was spotted with water from the car wash which really annoyed me. I would have turned back but with all the construction on US 19 I did My entire car was spotted with water from the car wash which really annoyed me. I would have turned back but with all the construction on US 19 I didn't want to waste my time. Why on earth do you wash a car without drying it? This happens to me all the time and it's very very frustrating! If it was just a one time thing, I could understand, but it is every single time I bring my car in. I've had many cars over the years and never have I ever driven off with a dirty car. I this would stop me from buying a car at your dealership! Ferman BMW, you should do better than that! More

Mr. Douglas was condescending and disrespectful when I declined the GAP insurance. He also lied about me having to come in a do a mandatory phone call with the lender. Which never happened.
