The guy working with me was great! Very nice, informative and courteous. My huge negative had nothing to do with him personally. But I was shocked that I had a bill of over $500 for ge Very nice, informative and courteous. My huge negative had nothing to do with him personally. But I was shocked that I had a bill of over $500 for general maintenance and on top of that, charged 3% for using a credit card. I can understand that for small businesses, but not for a car dealership!!! Never have I come across anything like that in my entire life. It’s definitely enough to make me go to a smaller shop for maintenance versus a dealership. You already pay WAY more by going to a dealership, and then 3% tagged on? How many people really carry six or seven hundred dollars in their pocket?! I cannot recommend this dealership to others for that reason. More
