Everything was great with Ferman, except our experience with Business Director Scott Douglas. He was very creative with his subtle comments, but his strong armed tactics were a complete turn off!! He just with Business Director Scott Douglas. He was very creative with his subtle comments, but his strong armed tactics were a complete turn off!! He just couldn’t let it go that we weren’t interested in an extended warranty. We were polite & listened to his sales pitch. We never showed an ounce of interest, yet he continued to bring it up again & again, like we were fools for not purchasing it. He even brought it up again to my wife when I walked out of the room to get some water! We wonder how many people this has worked on??? The pressure he put on us made me wonder if he was late on his mortgage payment or about to lose his job! Like how badly does he really need a sale this month!! That type of behavior is really messed up!! Don’t ask me to take a survey if you don’t really want to know the truth about your employee. More

Mr. Patti showed us the vehicles we were interested in, ultimately deciding on the BMW 540i. He had our trade in valued fairly. Paperwork was done. We were then turned over to Scott Douglas the finance manager who ensured we received all incentives. Mr. Douglas advised us of the various add on plans. More
