I don’t typically drive to north Pinellas county as I live in South Pinellas, but was heading in that direction this morning, I was going to look at a BMW at a non-BMW dealership when I saw Ferman BMW o live in South Pinellas, but was heading in that direction this morning, I was going to look at a BMW at a non-BMW dealership when I saw Ferman BMW out of the corner of my eye so I did a U-turn and thought I would check the dealership out, never having been there, to see what they had on the lot. I was pleasantly greeted by Dan MacDonald. I worked with him a good while and bought a very nice X3. Dan was exceptionally patient and super kind and I really appreciated his sales style. The entire process was comfortable and easy and the ambiance of the dealership was quiet and very cozy yet super professional which made it extra nice. The selection of used cars was very good and the showroom had a very nice display of some pretty spectacular BMW’s. Very impressive. The Sales Manager, Brian Crosato was such a super person to speak to. We share the same passion for a few cars we both owned or owned. Thank Brian for some fun conversations and treating me so well. Scott Douglas in Finance, was not only responsive and got things done quickly, he was really wonderful to talk to at the end. The perfect ending to an already excellent experience was Leah Greenfield, one of the tech geniuses. I’ve bought a few cars in recent years to include Mercedes and never had a tech person come out and sit in my new car and show me all the bells and whistles. Thanks Leah. This was the best car purchase experience I can say I ever had. Thanks to everyone and I must say, I’m elated to be back in a BMW and as Dan said, “back in the family”!
