On 12/11/25, Our BMW X7 was unable to start and was towed to Ferman BMW Palm Harbor for repair after 8 pm when the dealership was supposed to have closed. However, one of the staff members of the financial d to Ferman BMW Palm Harbor for repair after 8 pm when the dealership was supposed to have closed. However, one of the staff members of the financial department who worked late that night received us and helped the tow truck park our car. The following morning when we told the repair service staff that we needed the car to travel out of town that afternoon, they immediately squeezed us in and got the car fixed so we could drive it for our travel on schedule.
