Robert Chodorowski is an excellent salesman, Joe cleaver is a great finance guy and Toby Edward is such a knowledgeable genius rep. The finance manager and sales manager are terrible. The 3 star review is reflective of Scott Douglas and David Theado. The sales manager (David) and finance manager (Scott) tried to push me into a situation that violates a Florida statute. I hope future customers realize that despite what the finance manager and sales manager say, you can use your own financing that they’re violating dealership licensing rules by try to force people to only use their financing. Took my wife's X3 in for backup camera activating while in drive, it was reprogrammed & corrected but that caused the outside mirrors to not collapse whe doors locked I brought it back a employee was ther in drive, it was reprogrammed & corrected but that caused the outside mirrors to not collapse whe doors locked I brought it back a employee was there as I was telling the advisor the problem.He took control ask for my key and corrected the problem right there and even took the car thru the car wash, now That's service. I thanked him for knowing what the problem was. Happy Wife = Happy Life More
