Disappointed They had advertised a special to have our car cleaned and detailed, so we made an appointment for this and we were given a rental car, as the job woul They had advertised a special to have our car cleaned and detailed, so we made an appointment for this and we were given a rental car, as the job would take a few hours. So the next day we drove the rental car back to the dealership in anticipation of getting our car back. But it wasn't so. Upon our arrival, we were informed that they hadn't even gotten to our car as of yet, so we had to drive back home in the rental car. The day after that, we were informed that, just one hour after we had left the previous day, that they had finished with the detailing job. So upon inspecting our car, I saw that there were actually still leaves under the hood, the rugs hadn't been vacuumed, and the engine hadn't been cleaned. Needless to say I asked for a refund, and they obliged. I was kind of surprised because, owning a BMW gives you certain expectations when it comes to service. More

We live out of town, so he was fast to answer questions and offered us a complete video of the car. He set up an inspection which saved us a lot of time. When we had questions, he would immediately text us with answers and photos. After we decided to buy the car and arrived in Palm Harbor, he took us for a test drive to help us get used to the car, and explained all of the features. He had all of our paperwork ready to go in advance, which made things so much faster. He made the delivery of the car very easy, and gave us further instructions. During this process, we could not have asked for a more professional and friendly person to help us. There was no pressure from him, just help, and we love our new (used) car. Five stars to Dan! More
Ferman BMW Listened and made this situation right. I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW X3 in January from Ferman BMW, at time of purchase I was extremely concerned that the car was not large enough f I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW X3 in January from Ferman BMW, at time of purchase I was extremely concerned that the car was not large enough for my family, but was convinced I was incorrect. Upon getting the car home I immediately realized that my concerns were correct and the vehicle was indeed too small. I reached out to Aleks my salesperson as quickly as possible the very next morning to see if there was a chance I could return the vehicle or swap for another used vehicle that would work for my family. I was assured that I would be taken care of but as he was heading out of town another seller would be reaching out to help. Well that help came in the form of one text message telling me they could not help me. I have since found out that the vehicle is worth less than 50% of what I was charged for it and I am stuck and not able to trade it in. I believe Ferman should do the right thing and help me get into a vehicle that works for my family and give me a fair value when trading in this vehicle, I can understand if I go slightly upside down to move into a different larger vehicle, but nearly 50% in value is not acceptable on a car that I've only had approximately 6 weeks. I need their help to make this situation right. More
