Loved my sales person… Really nice guy by the name of Tom. Also loved the gentleman they sent over to help me with all the technology in the car, super informative and helpful. Very pushy with the warranty. Asked him to give me maintenance only coverage and no warranty since it was covered automatically for three years and he added on the additional three years for 3000+ dollars. I now have to go back and cancel that warranty. Was not very pleasant either. More

Going that extra mile to ensure everything was solid before I got there speaks volumes about this dealer. It wound up just being a bad spark plug, but that is one less thing I needed to worry about and gives me a level of comfort with my purchase. More

I got the best deal at Ferman and also had a good experience with my sales rep Daniel Ruiz. Since my car only has 400 miles on it, I have yet to deal with service or other personnel to evaluate.
