First Rate Buying Experience! I can't say enough good things about my experience purchasing and building a new '19 X5 from Ferman BMW. I live in Orlando where there is an existing I can't say enough good things about my experience purchasing and building a new '19 X5 from Ferman BMW. I live in Orlando where there is an existing BMW store with a less than stellar reputation and I was determined to find a dealer that could offer me an experience commensurate with the type of brand BMW is. After several interactions with other dealerships and sales people, I quickly determined that Steve Venden at Ferman was the guy. Even though Ferman was over a 100 miles away from my home, I chose Steve because he was extremely knowledgeable about the X5 and his passion for the brand and he didn't try and cram something down my throat that I didn't need just so he could make a sale. He took the time to listen to my needs and then educated me on the options that matched up to them. Steve also made it a point to keep me informed along the building/manufacturing process so I knew what to expect and I couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favor and call Steve Venden if you want this type of buying experience. This is my first BMW and he definitely made the buying/building process easy, smooth and most of all enjoyable! More

Best Mini Dealer Anyehere!! I have now purchased my 4th Mini Cooper from Ferman Mini over the past 13 years. I have to say the experience just gets better and better. I actually tried several years ago to go to a closer dealer in Orlando and what a poor decision! They could have cared less about me and whether or not I bought s car from them. So, I returned the the dealership I love which is over 2 hours from my home. I won’t make the mistake of going somewhere else again.
