My salesman, Brian Gains, was very professional when first meeting us, was extremely knowledgeable on the BMW product and gave us his professional opinion on different car options that could meet my needs. There was no pressure during our first, second and or third visit. On my third visit I test drove the car I wanted, again, and within 15 minutes of stating I wanted the car a DEAL was made. Serious issues that could kill people My issue is not with my service advisor, it is with the lemon that was sold to me My is 4 years old and has had to have service many, many times My issue is not with my service advisor, it is with the lemon that was sold to me My is 4 years old and has had to have service many, many times. I bought this "certified pre-owned" vehicle about a year ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. So far I've had to have the battery replaced, dashboard replaced, and most recently a broken steering shaft, plus other not so major issues. I am terrified to drive my children in this car. None of these issues should happen on a car that's only 4 years old and supposedly "certified". I contacted BMW corporate office and they have no interest in helping me get a safer vehicle. I was offered one monthly payment for the 7+ times I've had to be inconvenienced by requiring service - not to mention a broken steering shaft could have killed me, my children, or someone else! I would not recommend BMW to anyone. It will the biggest waste of money you've ever spent! I plan to contact an attorney and pursue this further. More

Excellent, professional, expedient service I brought my car in to have several items serviced. I was able to make an appointment quickly, request a loaner car for the day since picking up the I brought my car in to have several items serviced. I was checked in quickly by my Service Manager and checked out quickly with a loaner. Everyone was pleasant and they provided quick follow-up on status of everything. I highly recommend this BMW Service Center and the great service will bring me to Sales at Ferman BMW for my next car. More
