Lack of Communication Dropped my 750 off on Wednesday At 10 am. This was the first available with a loaner (X3) which I asked specifically for an another 7 or 5 series or a Dropped my 750 off on Wednesday At 10 am. This was the first available with a loaner (X3) which I asked specifically for an another 7 or 5 series or an X5, as I am 6’9” and I drive this car for a specific reason. It is the only car of the 5 that we have that can fit my wife and my son at the same time comfortably. Was told that was all they had and that it would be done soon. The FOLLOWING Tuesday I get a call that it was ready. This is after I called on Monday afternoon after not hearing from anyone to ask what was going on. According to the lady that answered the phone. They just looked at the car on Monday Morning. What the xxxx. Why would you keep my car for 5 days before looking at it. I don’t care that I had a loaner it was a major inconvenience and nobody bothered to call me and explain why the delay. Besides being inconvenienced, I was concerned what the xxxx could be wrong as it’s 2016 with 20K miles on it. What is wrong with my car? I have 3 other BMWs and I will have to carefully rethink my relationship with this dealership. More

I called the office before my appointment s To be frank it didn’t meet my expectations of a BMW dealership. Below are a few specific takeaways. 1. I called the office before my appointment stating that I needed a loaner car since it was a service engine soon issue and would likely not be resolved on Saturday. I was told that I could not request a loaner on Saturdays. Thankfully I was able to get a loaner. 2. I was told the cost would be about 600 and I ended up being charged almost 800. Almost 100 bucks was taxes. I was usually told a breakdown of the fees and the cost was either close if not below the estimate I received when having my car serviced at other BMW dealerships. In this case it was much higher. 3. When I was given my car back I sat down and noticed that my low tire light was on. I thought a basic inspection of the car occurred during my visit including filling the tires if needed. I also filled up the loaner air tires when the light came on my second day in driving the car. I’m glad to share additional thoughts if someone wants to call and discuss this further. More

I have been going to him for years and he is one of the reasons that I keep conside Jimmy is always wonderful to work with. He is thorough and honest. I have been going to him for years and he is one of the reasons that I keep considering buying another BMW. After all, if you don't get great service after the sale then it makes owning the vehicle more difficult, and unpleasant. This service center makes owning and servicing a BMW a pleasure. I will also add that during the service process I ended up talking with our Sales Person, Steve Venden, and he was also very helpful and honest with us. He has been so easy to work with that it is no wonder customers will wait for him. Between him and Jimmy, we don't even consider going to any other BMW dealership for any of our needs. By the way.... the only reason I did not give it 5 stars has nothing to do with the employees here. It has to do with the fact that calls are sometimes routed through an automated system, and then messages are not returned. I think the calls should always be answered by a person! This is a luxury line and customers should be treated as such at ALL times and in ALL interactions with the dealership! More
