TECH DID NOT CONNECT HOSE UNDER INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKET MY VEHICLE WAS IN FOR SEVERAL RECALLS. TECH NEGLECTED TO CONNECT OR REPLACE HOSE UNDER INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKET. RESULT, I DROVE TO WORK GALLOPING ALL T MY VEHICLE WAS IN FOR SEVERAL RECALLS. TECH NEGLECTED TO CONNECT OR REPLACE HOSE UNDER INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKET. RESULT, I DROVE TO WORK GALLOPING ALL THE WAY, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AND ENGINE STALLING. BROKE DOWN SEVERAL TIMES, HAD TO CONTINUALLY TURN ENGINE BACK ON, HAD TO GET TO WORK. INITIALLY NO ONE RESPONDED TO MY COMPLAINT. TOOK IT TO MY REGULAR BMW TECH WHO INVESTIGATED , REPLACED HOSE AND GOT ME BACK ON THE ROAD . YOU SHOULD REIMBURSE ME FOR THAT BILL. WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR IN TO FERMAN IT WAS RUNNING FINE. More

Great First Visit This was my first visit to the Ferman BMW Service Center and it was an excellent experience. Was greeted promptly and escorted to the customer lounge. Above and beyond Had a tire replaced this past week.
