My brother also bought his new BMW from Ferman last year. This Nissan Rogue is car number seven in a row from Ferman BMW. When my school teacher daughter's SUV started its decline, I called Brian Gaines and asked him to be on the lookout for a clean low mileage car for me to buy for her within a tiny budget range. He came through, so I met her there, we negotiated a trade and made the deal. As usual with Ferman, the negotiation was painless and she drove home happy a couple of hours later. Next up for me is a new BMW when my current 5's lease expires. More

Fair Car Buying Experience Typical car sales tactics. I'm not convinced my salesman was completely honest with me which is aggravating. Nice guy though and very knowledgeable about all of the car's functions. Was happy to take advantage of the dealership's concierge pick up service, but was told the pick up service is 2 weeks out. Ummm...not a good sign. So much for that part of the sales pitch. I'm keeping my expectations regarding service at this dealership to a minimum. This sales experience was for the purchase of a new MINI, not a BMW. More
