I could have gone anywhere (and actually did go to another BMW dealership in the area) but chose to buy my first BMW at Ferman. There was no pressure like I experienced at the other dealership. Purchase of pre-owned BMW X1 After a month of searching various websites and visiting dealerships in SC and the Jacksonville area, we found "the perfect car" (desired make, model, After a month of searching various websites and visiting dealerships in SC and the Jacksonville area, we found "the perfect car" (desired make, model, year, color, rated Best Deal Within 250 miles by Car Gurus) across the state at Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor, FL. We worked with Dan McCloy, Client Advisor at Ferman, who provided superior service throughout our transaction, including going above and beyond to hold the car until we were able to travel across the state. Dan was meticulous in explaining Ferman's trade-in process, sharing personal knowledge and observations on our new vehicle, and making us confident we had chosen the right car and dealership. Ferman also gave us the higher-end Blue Book value on our trade-end, much to my husband's disappointment, as he loves a good nose-to-nose negotiation. Ferman also offers a tutorial with a BMW Genius prior to driving off the lot. Our Genius was in a bit of a time crunch and could have done a more thorough job, so I would say that was the weakest part of an overall Excellent experience. We would definitely travel again to deal with Dan McCloy and Ferman BMW and recommend them highly. More
