Extremely Professional, Great Experience! I found the vehicle I wanted on their website, and they called me within 10 minutes of me clicking that I was interested. Dan McCloy and the sales man I found the vehicle I wanted on their website, and they called me within 10 minutes of me clicking that I was interested. Dan McCloy and the sales manager Phil went out of their way to work with my busy schedule. They took a small deposit from me electronically to hold the car until I could get there 4 days later, and during that time Dan was on top of the whole process. He got me a generous trade value and approved financing all via email so when I arrived all I had to do was test drive the vehicle and sign paperwork. I was very impressed with the entire process, Dan even personally washed our license plate before putting it on the vehicle we were purchasing! More

I was waiting to close a deal on another car as my down payment. But after Robert Chodorowski showed the certified pre-owned 4 series, I was getting interested. Then after we talked numbers and made arrangements to have the car shipped back to Pennsylvania, I was hooked. I felt I had a fair deal with extended warranty and shipping. And I never felt pressured to make the deal. Ferman is a first class operation. They treated me better than any dealership I have dealt with in the past. We have recommended them to our friends here in Florida and to our friends and neighbors back in Pennsylvania. More
