My sales representative John Grima was very friendly and informative. He was patient with my questions and even gave me a brief demo on driving using the sport-mode paddle shifters. The car I bought was exactly what I was looking for and had been searching for over several months. The price was exactly as I had hoped after viewing similar sales all over the South. John went out his way to make sure I was happy and every bit of the process was completed to my satisfaction. He even worked the next day to find the vehicle's spare key and fix a minor issue concerning the car's under carriage. Ben the finance specialist was helpful and friendly. He worked with me to pick the perfect warranty plan for my vehicle. I love my new car and thanks to John & Co. the whole experience was a pleasure!! Thanks John G. More

He went out of his way with every detail to make absolutely certain that things would go without a problem. To do that, there was a well coordinated team approach including my BMW genius, Kenny Russell who went over the set up of all the technology packages. Kenny even called after I got the car back home to ask if the home link garage door opener was working (it wasn't) but he walked me though each step making certain that it worked. Thanks Kenny. Also I thank Shane McKenzie for helping Steve work a deal that I was comfortable with and his assistance in securing my car from another dealership. Thanks Shane. Service and Bluetooth Usage I had excellent service from both Charles Drivas and Kenneth Russell in servicing my car and re-installing my mini car's Bluetooth. Charles Drivas was very polite, organized and thoroughly communicated to me what needed to be completed for my mini's annual checkup. He was helpful with information on a needed bike rack for my 2015 model and directions on where I wanted to go while my car was serviced. He also made sure that my loaner car was ready for my immediate use and communicated to me the final paperwork before I signed off on completion of work. When I arrived home to Sarasota, FL, I contacted Charles that my Bluetooth no longer worked. He immediately lined me up with Kenneth Russell to assist in getting the phone/car paired for usage... Awesome service! Kenneth Russell-- great, very patient and concise with his step-by-step instructions in getting my Bluetooth and cell phone paired for continued used. There is no way I could have reconnected myself as kept getting hung up on several steps. Kenneth came through and kept me going in very smooth understandable step-by-step instructions... A Veteran Teacher ...truly an asset to Mini Cooper. More
