I was. Wry disappointed to go in and hear that my warranty just expired and that I had to payout of pocket for most of the services. When I choose a vehicle that I really liked I asked the salesperson about the service the car received before being placed on the lot. A couple of weeks later, I check the engine air filter, FILTHY, cabin filter, FILTHY, it makes you wonder if anything was actually done! This is not a complaint upon any specific manager or person, it's complaint about integrity, trust and professionalism. I've purchased vehicles from various dealerships and my experiences have been much better. This is a BMW dealership, this is Ferman's, this dealership also sells many other high end vehicles, this being said the buying experience must be five star, you must have that trust for your customers to return, you have to have a sense of urgency towards your customers so that they feel great about buying high end vehicles. In a nut shell you guys are courteous, you talk the talk, and walk the walk but you have to back it up with integrity. More
