Took my wife's X3 in for backup camera activating while in drive, it was reprogrammed & corrected but that caused the outside mirrors to not collapse whe doors locked I brought it back a employee was ther in drive, it was reprogrammed & corrected but that caused the outside mirrors to not collapse whe doors locked I brought it back a employee was there as I was telling the advisor the problem.He took control ask for my key and corrected the problem right there and even took the car thru the car wash, now That's service. I thanked him for knowing what the problem was. Happy Wife = Happy Life More
