Had requested loaner but told it would need to be rental and I’d have to go to rental company to pick it up. I had appointment but was not called until 20 minutes after appointment, at which time I went and and I’d have to go to rental company to pick it up. This review is not about Sal, the customer service rep. He is great! But he has to be the middle man between the customer and the mechanics and BMW parts in Germany.
