April 2020 I purchased a used certified 2017 BMW. I drove 5000 miles in a little over a year. The car now has 30K miles. I was tole a right upper motor mount needed to be replaced. It was not covered even though I paid a great deal of money for extended warranty AND the car has only 30,000 miles. The repair would cost $1469.51. Note that this is one mount of many. I contact BMW customer service where I was offered a repair cost of around $700 ($600 plus I assume shop charges and tax). I rejected the offer and was subsequently treated in a rude very unprofessional manner. I went in person to Ferman . No help there. Take it or leave it attitude. Yesterday I picked up my car from a local repair shop and paid $420 which included a BMW part. Bad price bad customer service from Ferman. While it is well known that the dealerships charge more, the difference in price here is unethical. And the treatment was disrespectful. More

The service center and Sal always seems to be on the spot with helping me. My car unfortunately seems to have many troubles even as a certified BMW but the team at Furman in Palm Harbor have really tried to with helping me.
