We were there for a tire repair. over two hours later i went to the service desk and saw our vehicle was out there parked. service dept. man never said car was ready and was nowhere to be found. I then went to the service desk and asked if our car was ready. The man said yes i was ready for some time. I then asked if he could check us out and he did.
