Great dealership! Impeccably clean and really well stocked with snacks for waiting customers. That’s a nice show of appreciation. All the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Good service for two cars. Only issue was receiving a 20% off coupon the day after I picked up my car. Christopher did apply it to one service (about $75), but I spent over $3000. Not the best service or communication. I brought my car in for a headlight issue, which they needed to order a part for (told it would be in within a day or two). Well after 5 days I had to call back mysel in for a headlight issue, which they needed to order a part for (told it would be in within a day or two). Well after 5 days I had to call back myself to see what was going on and was told to bring the car back in, they want to try other things to fix it before ordering the part. Having no choice brought it in and got a loaner. The next day it was all fixed because they needed to order the part...BUT my car wouldn’t start because they left my headlights on all night. Then he had to jump my car and the loaner car guy was so nice (best guy there) he shut off the eco mode so The car wouldn’t shut off and I wouldn’t get stuck on rt 19. It was just carelessness. I mean for a luxury car - I had better service and communication with lower end dealers. More
