Ok great! Why did it take the service manager to educate me? It’s really the worst service dept I have ever dealt with. It makes me not like the car! More

Several bad experiences I brought my car in for recall regarding the back up camera and now the car runs terribly slower. They are constantly unable to solve problems. Their computers were down when I dropped my 2019 540 with 7000 miles and I had to wait 30 minutes b/c the service writer wasn’t sure if I was in warranty...Really and I’m going to trust my car to you??? Not impressed! Had a rear tire on my 2019 BMW X3 penetrated by a screw and needed a replacement tire. The vehicle was towed to the dealership which informed me that Had a rear tire on my 2019 BMW X3 penetrated by a screw and needed a replacement tire. The vehicle was towed to the dealership which informed me that the tire was on backorder with a 4 week delivery time. They claimed they had checked all over the US and no tire was available so I had to wait. It took me 15 minutes to find the tire online on tire rack and I had it shipped to myself. The tire was received the next day and I delivered it to the dealership for installation. Not impressed at all. More
