The Problem Had my Beemer serviced and everything went smooth as usual until my warning ligh went on saying to not drive. Only one block later and I was home. And on my new pavers. Called BMW and they took car away And tried to clean pavers to no avail. Bottom line, during the service checkup and oil change the mechanic did not get the oil filter on correctly. The pavers cost me half of what a BMW would cost. I need Feeman to clean my pavers. More
Inconvenient. Ferman takes advantage of customers Ferman Collision had my vehicle for 2 weeks instead of a few days. There was no rental close to my M6 so I got stuck with a minivan. When I got my car Ferman Collision had my vehicle for 2 weeks instead of a few days. There was no rental close to my M6 so I got stuck with a minivan. When I got my car back the AC was broke while in there possession. They refused to take responsibilitu for this. I then brought it to Ferman BMW to repair. Over $1k later it was fixed. Come to find out the repair may not have been needed. A few days after repair the air was broke again. Ferman claims they had to charge my car to fix issue and had my my car for 2 more days. 3 weeks in total. Not happy was taken advantage of. Will never recommend. I'm also working on suing for damages from my attorney. More

no follow-up Took my 2008 BMW in for shocks and a gasket leak on Monday. Original estimate $3600 - more than book value of vehicle but I authorized repairs. Prom Took my 2008 BMW in for shocks and a gasket leak on Monday. Original estimate $3600 - more than book value of vehicle but I authorized repairs. Promised completion Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday. On Thursday afternoon I'm told the car needs an additional $3500 in repairs. I was furious. Was told I needed to replace spark plugs and coils on all cylinders, a new water pump and steering shaft (none of which were contained on original inspection report and estimate. I finally agreed to steering shaft replacement as I was told the car was not drivable in current state although there has never been a problem with steering and it was working fine when car arrived at the dealership. I finally got the car back a week after originally promised. I made a complaint and received a notification that the General Manager wanted me to call to resolve the issue. I called and he was out of the office. Its been two weeks and to call-back from the GM. 1. Their estimate practices are completely disreputable. 2. Multiple completion dates missed with no status updates from dealership 3. Stock response fro GM seeking to resolve problem is meaningless with no follow-through. More
