My Service Rep, Marc Youngsma was delightful to engage with ; kudos to him for locating a coupon that "Helped" with the first service since my car is now no longer under warranty. While I did not see my Sale Rep on my latest visit; Ryan George is beyond exceptional. He really listens and goes out of his way to make being a Mini Owner something to be proud of. More
