Lack of Communication Dropped my 750 off on Wednesday At 10 am. This was the first available with a loaner (X3) which I asked specifically for an another 7 or 5 series or an X5, as I am 6’9” and I drive this car for a specific reason. It is the only car of the 5 that we have that can fit my wife and my son at the same time comfortably. Was told that was all they had and that it would be done soon. The FOLLOWING Tuesday I get a call that it was ready. This is after I called on Monday afternoon after not hearing from anyone to ask what was going on. According to the lady that answered the phone. They just looked at the car on Monday Morning. What the xxxx. Why would you keep my car for 5 days before looking at it. I don’t care that I had a loaner it was a major inconvenience and nobody bothered to call me and explain why the delay. Besides being inconvenienced, I was concerned what the xxxx could be wrong as it’s 2016 with 20K miles on it. What is wrong with my car? I have 3 other BMWs and I will have to carefully rethink my relationship with this dealership. More

I have been going to him for years and he is one of the reasons that I keep conside Jimmy is always wonderful to work with. He is thorough and honest. I have been going to him for years and he is one of the reasons that I keep considering buying another BMW. After all, if you don't get great service after the sale then it makes owning the vehicle more difficult, and unpleasant. This service center makes owning and servicing a BMW a pleasure. I will also add that during the service process I ended up talking with our Sales Person, Steve Venden, and he was also very helpful and honest with us. He has been so easy to work with that it is no wonder customers will wait for him. Between him and Jimmy, we don't even consider going to any other BMW dealership for any of our needs. By the way.... the only reason I did not give it 5 stars has nothing to do with the employees here. It has to do with the fact that calls are sometimes routed through an automated system, and then messages are not returned. I think the calls should always be answered by a person! This is a luxury line and customers should be treated as such at ALL times and in ALL interactions with the dealership! More

In Sept i walked around showroom floor for 20 min looking at high end cars. No one asked me if i needed anytging. My last two cars were on the showroom floor when i bought them. Brian was not there on this day Last week i came in for routine servce. Both valet guys were reading their phones and chatting. Totally ignoring me the entire time it took to put my roof up and clear my car. It was 8:30am. I walked in and asked jamie where can i check in. She pointed to the two valet guys. No need to go on. More

While they had the car they also completed a couple of manufacturer engineering changes and gave me a loaner car to use while they completed the work. Very satisfied with this dealership. More
