Darline saved me from a big mistake When I saw a recommendation after expecting I needed only an oil change on my 2009 MINI convertible, I was stunned, so I worried about for a couple When I saw a recommendation after expecting I needed only an oil change on my 2009 MINI convertible, I was stunned, so I worried about for a couple days and called Darlene who explained the length of time was responsible for the pending failure of a gasket which cost $100 but was inside the engine, and had already started to leak coolant. Darlene said it might take two days and she fixed me up with a loaner. Once I realized the scope of this work, I knew it could have easily left me on the side of the road...who would believe a little gasket could be so important. So, thank you Darlene, your patient explanations doubtless saved me from a big mistake and my much babied convert came back better than ever and thanks to the mechanics who discovered the problem. More
