Was completely surprised that my tire and rim warranty which I paid an extra $3k and was told at the time that they were covered … just to find out that it does not cover damage by a pot hole which caused which I paid an extra $3k and was told at the time that they were covered … just to find out that it does not cover damage by a pot hole which caused my tire to go flat…. then I was told I need to read the “fine print” that explains it was not covered and I had to pay $400 just to have the rims “fixed” which meant bending them to make them round again…. Nice selling job to buy “coverage” which does NOT cover regular road hazards like a pot hole causing a flat…. Can’t believe I am the only one that you guys did the bait and switch routine…. Service person was very nice and I don’t blame him… I even spoke to your salesman who I bought it from and he was not aware of the lack of coverage…. You really should be ashamed “selling something” that is not true… especially for $3k…. More

Andrew once again went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He walked me through all the work that needed be completed and kept me informed during the whole process.
