I made an appointment for 8:30 AM. I got there at 8:20 and spent a half hour checking in. The service guy I had the appointment with, Jeremy, told me he would call by 1:00 or 2:00 to l I got there at 8:20 and spent a half hour checking in. The service guy I had the appointment with, Jeremy, told me he would call by 1:00 or 2:00 to let me know what they had found. When I had not heard anything by 3:45 I sent a text asking what was going on. It took him a half hour to respond and tell me they hadn't even started to look at it yet! And they wouldn't get to it until the next day! And Jeremy didn't seem to care. More

Not satisfied, don't recommend, car had few issues while pickup and they failed to fix on timely manner. Dropped my car for 5 hours and they can't even do simple detail.
