Fermans is an organization I would never deal with again. We were looking to purchase a new Tahoe and working with their internet sales manager and a sales agent. When we visited they did not have the vehi We were looking to purchase a new Tahoe and working with their internet sales manager and a sales agent. When we visited they did not have the vehicle we were interested in but were very helpful. On a Saturday night at 6:00 pm the internet manager emailed me stating that a customer backout out of a purchase and the vehicle was what we were interested in, but it would not be on the lot for long. We setup an appointment to see it the next morning and arrive before they opened. When our sales person arrive he was told by the manager that the Fermans took the vehicle. We had driven an hour based on knowing someone would not have purchased it before we arrived but the dealership owners evidently felt they needed this before a customer. Besides what shows a lack of internal communication the wimpy sales manager did not have enough guts to tell us about the Fermans taking the vehicle he made the sales person give us the news. I wonder if the Fermans step in front of customers on repairs and parts in this environment of supply issues. More
