I had an appointment for an oil change and waited in my vehicle for 20 minutes to get written up for my service. And then it took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. I didn’t see my service advisor from the ti vehicle for 20 minutes to get written up for my service. And then it took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. I didn’t see my service advisor from the time I handed him the keys till he gave me my invoice. Super friendly, but in the end not very fair. After haggling a price (which is expected), they ultimately had me sign the last offer they presented, even tho we had verbally agreed on a different price haggling a price (which is expected), they ultimately had me sign the last offer they presented, even tho we had verbally agreed on a different price. Customer service is excellent. Yeah it takes time to buy a car but xxxx this wasn't my first one.
