We loved our experience at Ferman. I needed a new car somewhat quickly and went to the dealership with a general idea in mind of what I wanted. We chatted with Gavin and he immediately knew of a couple of cars on the lot that fit the bill and spent time letting us test drive and going over the different features on each. He was knowledgeable on the cars and was able to run through differences between previous year's models and new which ultimately helped us decide on getting a '25. He was very responsive and helpful as we went back and forth over the next few days and did an amazing job of finding a workable option for us when we - initially - didn't want the specific models on the lot and found something at another dealership we liked. We showed him what we wanted and explained we wanted to buy from him, but needed to find something we could love. After some talking, he got us a great deal on a model on the lot and helped get us over the exterior color, which is the only thing we initially didn't love. He got us through the purchase quickly and efficiently (something I greatly appreciate after suffering hours in the dealership in past purchases at other dealers). After the sale, I realized the dealer-added black lugnuts weren't added (I didn't pay attention before driving it off the lot) and even though the sale was done, he was quick to assist. He got me back in ASAP and took the car into service himself to make sure they were swapped out quickly so I could get back on the road. He's truly been top tier on service from start to finish and is the first sales rep at a dealership that I've ever felt talked to us like we are people instead of targets. I've got his number saved for our next purchase and am truly happy with our experience at Ferman and with Gavin. As far as I'm concerned, we won't be using any other Chevy Dealership! More

It’s hard to rate Ferman Chevrolet due to the lack of consistency when it comes to good customer service in multiple areas, excellent customer service would be too far to reach from my experience . It starts from sales and trickles throughout the dealership to the service department . Everyone starts out strong with hello but falls through on communication and follow up process. I’ve found myself having to go to multiple people because the one person I’m working with does not return calls or never around. Then when I see them in person, they give a sorry excuse. Excuses only satisfies those who tell them! My leasing experience started out good with my sales person, however once I committed to purchasing the 2025 Blazer, I was sent home with the plastic left on the backseat headrest, the floors were never vacuum they placed paper floor mats over the dirt from previous test drivers, other people finger prints all over the inside. Therefore I can only assume they never cleaned the inside only wash the outside and put Armor oil on the tires and said they had it washed up and cleaned out. I fell short for not checking behind what I was told since it was 9pm and the next day was Thanksgiving. When I did make contact with my sales person on Friday he was out sick. I can say my sales person once he came back from being out sick he has tried to smooth out the situation however when he pass the ball to the service department they drop the ball. More
