I purchased a Chevy Equinox on November 19 at Ferman Chevrolet. I emailed to request an appointment in advance for a test drive. Dave in Sales contacted me promptly to set the time. He was helpful, pa Chevrolet. I emailed to request an appointment in advance for a test drive. Dave in Sales contacted me promptly to set the time. He was helpful, patient, and low key. I did not feel pressured at all. He answered all of my questions before, during, and after the sale. In Finance I worked with Juan, who was also excellent. The only negative part of my experience was that keys were somewhat difficult to track down. I guess that is understandable in such a busy dealership, but it did cause some delay. More
