On July 5, 1995 Ferman Motor Car Company celebrated the 100th Anniversary of its foray into the transportation business when Fred Ferman bought out his partner, and became sole owner of Tampa Cycle Company.

They did a Technical Service Bulletin repair on my Corvette for a locked steering wheel. Afterwards the steering wheel had an obvious rubbing sound in it. Took it back to the them. Paraphrasing, "Y Corvette for a locked steering wheel. Afterwards the steering wheel had an obvious rubbing sound in it. Took it back to the them. Paraphrasing, "Yep, it's rubbing, we can't get parts." So I paid for the TSB work (after 18 years you could argue Chevy didn't owe me the repair, but at the same time you'd think one of the dealers I've had this car in would have taken care of it). And yet the repair work set up a very annoying rubbing noise that they can't fix now. More
