On July 5, 1995 Ferman Motor Car Company celebrated the 100th Anniversary of its foray into the transportation business when Fred Ferman bought out his partner, and became sole owner of Tampa Cycle Company.

I bought my 2018 Chevy Traverse from there. The last few years have been great when bringing in the car for check up or repair. This past week has been horrific. The customer service has gone d The last few years have been great when bringing in the car for check up or repair. This past week has been horrific. The customer service has gone down, in my opinion. When I arrived…two guys, who saw me come in, kept doing their work on the computer and let me wait 8 minutes until one asked if I had been helped…really?!? Then for a small loon at my car he wanted $240 and said it would go towards repair if needed…I’ve NEVER had that asked before. Funny thing is, the guys who changed my oil, fixed it because the light doesn’t come on anymore. I will not be coming back for my oil change and will find another car dealership when we buy my wife a new car next year. More
