This dealership is where I go to bring my older 2012 Chevrolet 4 x 4 Silverado. In general, their facility is clean and organized and they also have a small area for clients to wait or to grab a quick c Chevrolet 4 x 4 Silverado. The staff is very friendly and the service department easy to engage. The only comment I have a a critique is to improve a clients understanding of when their truck is first looked at and then potential repairs recommended. After their technicians look at the vehicle, service sends on your phone the list of what they have found and also seeking signed approval of what services you require. When you check in the morning, they should explain clearly, how this process is going to work . You would then be knowledgeable as to how they’re going to engage you to give you this information and then receive an approval . Otherwise the work was done well. The cost was acceptable and the shuttle service to and from the dealership is very easy to utilize and tip the driver a little bit for their service (Annie was super). Overall, I would highly rate this dealership for service especially when it is a procedure that is not done routinely at your regular repair shop . This is my third Chevy Silverado. I stick with what works that includes this dealership! More

My 2016 Z06’s battery had died, and had to be jump-box started by AAA. Although I was not able to get to Ferman until late in the afternoon, the service department came through admirably, putting a new b started by AAA.
