I needed a transmission for my 2017 Suburnan. Local shop wanted $3800 for 1 yr warranty, another wanted $7500 3 yr warranty plus had to wait 2 weeks. I originally came for oil change and tire rotation. The tech broke whatever the bolt is that one of the lug nuts go on. I had to come back because no tire sensors were working. I was just told that it was probably because the tires are newer and were rotated so basically you guys checked nothing More

Mark was great! I appreciated his willingness to change his schedule to accommodate mine. I completed the application on line but no one contacted me before I drove 1,000+ miles to see the car. Had I known you didn't accept personal checks and there was a 3% fee to put the downpayment on a charge card (another dealership I dealt with in the past didn't charge a fee) I could easily have gotten a cashier's check before making the trip.
