Second Trip, Very Satisfying! Thanks to Ferman service second time, wife's Equinox no AC, took it in told them I'd pick up Saturday, only to find our Suburban need a recall fix. So Thanks to Ferman service second time, wife's Equinox no AC, took it in told them I'd pick up Saturday, only to find our Suburban need a recall fix. So we arrived Saturday to pick up her SUV no call which is what I like as in the event there's issue they would call so no problems then confident vehicle was ready,it was! No Cost either found it to be still under warranty, awesome. Asked if Suburban could be done, Tom who was our SA said pick it up in an hour, another done and ready in an hour. Somewhat productive but annoying. Schduled and brought my new silverado in for itd 1st service and to stop a rattle in the passenger side seat. Oil service was great, but they didn't stop the annoying rattle because, "there words" it would take to long. So please reschdule again for another time.... This was my time, taken off work to get this repaired. I have not re- scheduled yet and it still rattles louder then ever. More
