Where’s my car Dropped my car off at the body shop on a Friday. Asked the body to shop have it serviced for 3 items while I was out of town. Body shop did their job Dropped my car off at the body shop on a Friday. Asked the body to shop have it serviced for 3 items while I was out of town. Body shop did their job well, Service completely dropped the ball. My car was at Ferman Chevy for 11 days and in service for 6 days. Over those 6 days, Service was able to accomplish an oil change. No communication. No sense of urgency. car unwashed. Service didn’t charge me for the body work. So, I had to go over to the body shop to pay the other bill. More
