Had my truck in there twice with the same issue, voice command not working properly. The first time they did an upgrade on the navigation. The issue was not fixed, I still had voice command issues. The second time I brought it in with the same problem (voice command problems). They did an upgrade the The navigation. Why was this truck given back to me twice without fixing the problem? Did they even give voice commands to see how it responded? This was done under warranty, so I guess you get paid for warranty work twice and a third time if I bring it back. More
