Never been in this dealership before. I made my appointment for an oil change that I was told 4 point inspection was included. As soon as I entered the lobby I was not greeted with respec I made my appointment for an oil change that I was told 4 point inspection was included. As soon as I entered the lobby I was not greeted with respect. Old man in charge sitting in the front desk make me feel I was lost instead of I was welcome, until I Said, I "have an appointment". I hope someone is able to read this. I was told to wait in the guest waiting room, which I only waited for about 35 minutes or less when I was told my car is ready to go. When I asked the reception girl to give me the results of the included inspection, she was not able to printed, of course because they never put it in the computer, of course because they never did any inspection to the car, so the old man came back to me saying" oh sorry the guy who changed the oil never put in the computer and he already went home". You know I have been in many dealers and NEVER experienced something like that before. I felt I was getting fooled. At this point I am wondering if they even did an oil changed to my vehicle. So they called another young guy to come measure my tires ?? But how about the rest of the inspection you promised to customers ??? This story will be posted in social media because I like to alert people of this issue going on in this place and people just pay and go without checking anything. I still feel until today I got fooled by people working for Chevrolet. In tarpon springs. Not a trustable place. More
I have been a client of you guys since 6 years after I moved from Dallas to here Tampa. But I would like to express my severe UNSATISFACTION AND UPSET with the people in the Service section from last coup moved from Dallas to here Tampa.
