Worth the 2.5 hour drive resulting in a 2020 RAM REBEL 12 After calling Ferman's to confirm the 2020 Ram Rebel12 was still available my wife and I drove 2.5 hours from rural Gilchrist county. We had no appoin After calling Ferman's to confirm the 2020 Ram Rebel12 was still available my wife and I drove 2.5 hours from rural Gilchrist county. We had no appointment set up in advance for a test drive. I spoke with Sara Gore over the phone the a couple of days prior expressing my interest. When we arrived about 3:30 the vehicle was waiting out front as were Sara and Matt Meyer. Matt greeted us and introduced us to Sara who took us on a test drive and afterwards began what my wife and I describe as the friendliest, quickest, and most professional automobile purchasing experience we have had to date. Sara had to leave mid way through as her daughter had a school Christmas function that evening. The hand off to Matt Meyer was seamless and smooth. Matt finished the processing of the deal introducing us to Kenneth Levicky who handled financing and finish paper work; while he made sure the vehicle was made ready.
