After getting our Jeep serviced we received numerous emails and text messages, we responded, but received nothing back. I called and left voice mail 3 times asking for a confirmation that service was done, the Jeep was detailed and the amount of final bill. I asked about one of the engine light issues but received only a vague explanation and we chose not to address it. After hearing nothing about the final invoice we went to the dealership. We walked into the service department and waited 5 minutes to be greeted - we were the only customers in there, but 3 employees (2 of which were having a discussion) and one who was looking at his computer, could not even be bothered to look at us and say "hey folks be with you in a minute." As small business owners we understand busy. We don't understand this. More

Just bought from Chrysler Waited five minutes at the door with no line, and no one acknowledged. Two employees were working and the others where looking past me like they do not work there and browsing on the computer, “appeared to be, AUTOTRADER”. Been a dodge fan for awhile with no issues, but sure surprised on this one. More
