Terrible I wish I could rate them 0 stars. This dealership and their service department is a disgrace to Jeep. Not only are they terrible unfriendly but incred I wish I could rate them 0 stars. This dealership and their service department is a disgrace to Jeep. Not only are they terrible unfriendly but incredibly incompetent. After purchasing a brand new Jeep Renegade a little over a year ago I’ve had nothing but issues. After being towed to this dealership at 3:30pm after the car just randomly stopped working entirely, I was told by the awful lady behind the counter that the car wouldn’t even be looked at until the next day because it was too close to 5pm. They would not offer up a loaner vehicle and told me to go on my way. The first time I took my car there they did not put the wheel cap back on after I paid to rotate the tires. When I approached them they blamed me stating how do they know I didn’t lose it? Because I would randomly take the wheel cap off my car. Not only would I not recommend this place to ANYONE, I would recommend shutting it down. More

Another Quickly Resolved Issue -New Vehicle Driving home in 95 degree weather 2 weeks ago and no a/c. My car was 2 months old. After driving another 10 miles and feeling faint my speedometer was Driving home in 95 degree weather 2 weeks ago and no a/c. My car was 2 months old. After driving another 10 miles and feeling faint my speedometer was registering crazy speeds in excess of 70 mph, when I was going approximately 35. I called the service dept, and was scheduled immediately the next morning. Within a few hours and involving Chrysler it was found that there was a defective part in the a/c fan. Part was ordered, installed the next day and 2 days later back driving “Violet!” Top notch service ALWAYS! Beck, Service Mgr, is amazing! Very responsive; constant follow-up, soothing and accommodating. So glad I chose FERMAN Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram/New Port Richey Under GM, Jason Whidden. More
