Eric Dugas is a terrible person. Tried jamming fees and coverages down my throat. Basically called me an idiot when I refused them. Made it clear to salesman I wanted all the numbers Tried jamming fees and coverages down my throat. Basically called me an idiot when I refused them. Made it clear to salesman I wanted all the numbers on the offer sheet BEFORE I was sent in to sign contracts. Picked a vehicle, negotiated price, added dealer fees,taxes,registration fees. All of which I knew would be added. Came to a total. Said deal, offered cash down bringing total to finance down to 15,000. Immediate approval from management for financing. Then 2 hours later finally called in to sign the papers and magically amount to be financed jumps to 16,5000 with non essential added fees. Called me an idiot for not taking them. Be aware of the added fees. Watch what you sign. More

Went in to buy 2014 truck Overall attitude of dealership was not bad but I went in to purchase a newer Chevy Silverado ended up finding one that I like right after I drove off Overall attitude of dealership was not bad but I went in to purchase a newer Chevy Silverado ended up finding one that I like right after I drove off the lot check engine light turn on and transmission felt weird bring the truck back the next day service says they are not quite sure how to fix it so I just gave the truck the back and take my business elsewhere. I expected better business being a Ferman employee myself but nothing was said about the problems in the truck and they let me leave with it. More

Dream come true I have dreamed of the day I would purchase a new car. I found the Jeep renegade a few years ago & knew I would not settle for anything but that vehicl I have dreamed of the day I would purchase a new car. I found the Jeep renegade a few years ago & knew I would not settle for anything but that vehicle. I was finally ready to take the leap & in preparation everyone warns about the frustration with car shopping & the sales agents being too pushy. I experienced a few & then came this one. Not only did they get straight to the point but they also made sure I was comfortable with my decision & the information they provided me with. Very knowledgeable & I can't brag about them enough. They made this 1 of the best & easiest experience ever. They were fast & understanding of all my questions and concerns. I want to thank them all for making my dream come true with my new Jeep. More

Surprise it's a recall It's never fun to open your mail and find a recall on your car. Now it's time to make an appointment at the dealership and wait and wait. This is not my first recall, nor is it the first time I brought my car to Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of NPR. It's also not the first time Jason has helped me out. Once again I was pleased with the each of those aspects of the experience. Only draw backs; I was stuck at the dealership for a looong time (due to the specific recall, and the courtesy van being out on a run for hours...), no snacks in the lounge. However, there were drinks and A/C, tv and magazines so it balanced out. The staff there really did seem to be doing their best to extradite the process. Somethings just take time. More
