The staff was knowledgeable not only with what cars they had on their lot, but the specifications of each of the vehicles that I was considering. The staff was patient and not aggressive, and eager to answer any questions that I had to help make my purchase a more confident and comfortable experience. They aren't your average dealership, and would recommend them to anybody searching for a new or used vehicle. Their are many Dodge dealerships between my home and Ferman CJDR of New Port Richey. I chose to work with them for all of the reasons above, and more. More

Key rprogramming I had recently had my one and only key fab break on my '08 town & country. I ordered some off Amazon and was lucky enough that they work! Ed informed me that there was a chance it wouldn't work, so we hoped for the best. So I had gone to my van (which was sitting for 2 weeks prior bc I couldn't start it) anf the key wouldn't start. 😑 Blake stepped in and help figure out that with all the tries of starting it drained the car battery. He charged it up real quick and I was on my way. Thank you very much for all your help Ed & Blake! More
